Integrated

That’s what makes us different. We offer integrated services to our community. Driven by our values and love for the population that we serve, we have come together to provide an interdisciplinary model of integrated services for people with neurodiverse needs.

Our mission is to offer optimal, innovative, well-coordinated, and evidence-based approaches to treatment and management of neurodevelopmental disorders.

We work as an integrated team of professionals including psychology, psychiatry, behavior analysis, speech, language therapy, nutrition, and sexual education. We work with families and caregivers to create integrated plans for care, in both the natural environment (home, daycare or school), and in our clinic.

We are located at 4077 Décarie, in the heart of NDG, in a building that feels like home. We want our clients to be comfortable when they come for a visit.

Specialists working together

Our logo is a sphere, with interconnected parts – this interconnectedness allows us to create a spectrum of services across the lifespan. We strive combine our expertise to create a service approach that will meet the complete needs of our clients.

Our group provides a full spectrum of services by helping individuals and caregivers who have faced wait lists and sequential gaps in services over time. Made up of highly trained and experienced registered health professionals, we work as an integrated team of professionals including:

psychology

psychiatry

behavior analysis

speech and language pathology

and sexual education

Services

At Clinique Spectrum, we offer a variety of services tailored to fit the individual needs of adults, families and children.

Psychological Services

The psychologists provide a series of services for children, teens, and adults with neurodevelopment disabilities (e.g., Autism Spectrum Disorder and Intellectual Disabilities) – waitlist closed for psychotherapy

Speech and language pathology

Our speech and language pathology services are also offered on an individual basis, or as part of our interdisciplinary team’s goals.

Psychiatry

Psychiatric pharmacological consultations for children and adults with ASD, intellectual disability and/or co-morbid psychiatric disorders or severe behaviour problems – waitlist closed

Private Sexuality Education Services for Individuals / Families / Couples

Many individuals benefit from private sexuality and sex education instruction. I work with individuals, couples and families on issues of boundaries, prevention, dating, consent and healthy relationships for all individuals, including those with special needs.

Behaviour analysis

We offer parent consultation and supervision of intervention for children aimed at complementing school-based learning, including homework support, tutoring, behavioural difficulties, and social skills.

We offer individualized intervention for adolescents and adults, with a focus on organizational skills, adaptive living (or everyday living) skills, and complex social skills.

Nutrition

Individuals with neurodevelopmental disabilities have been identified as being at nutritional risk due to a variety of factors. Several nutritional consequences occur as a result of autism, developmental delays and disabilities.

Dietitians are uniquely qualified to identify the nutritional needs of individuals and to plan appropriate interventions within primary care contexts. The dietetics professional can assess clinical, biochemical, and anthropometric measures, dietary concerns, and feeding skills as well as understand the varied determinants of health acting on intervention plans.
